Team NRRWA proudly joined the global celebration of the International Day of Yoga 2025, embracing the spirit of wellness, balance, and mindful living. The event brought residents together to explore the harmony between body and mind through informative sessions and guided practices.
The celebration featured an enlightening session on Yoga and Yogic Diet for Overall Health and Well-being led by Dr. M. U. Sujan, Coordinator, Department of Yoga, JSS Academy of Higher Education & Research, Mysuru. Dr. Sujan shared valuable insights into how integrating yoga and a balanced yogic diet can help maintain physical vitality, emotional balance, and mental clarity in everyday life.
Adding to the day’s vibrancy, the Team JSS Yoga instructors conducted a dedicated session on Yoga for Muscle Strengthening and Senior Citizen Fitness. Participants learned practical postures and breathing techniques aimed at improving mobility, flexibility, and stamina—especially beneficial for senior members of the community.
